Session Rates
My session rates are as listed below.
- $150 per 50-minute session for individual adults, children, couples, and families
- $25 for Pet Loss Bereavement Support Group session
Payment
Cash, check, and most major credit cards are accepted for payment. Please click here to make a payment.
Cancellation Policy
If you fail to cancel a scheduled appointment without 24-hour notice, you will be billed for the entire cost of the session. This full fee will be charged for missed or no-show appointments, unless due to illness or emergency. Invoices for missed/no-show appointments are due upon receipt.
Insurance
Please contact your provider to determine your benefits before scheduling an appointment. I am an in-network provider for Optum Health, including United Behavioral Health and United HealthCare (www.liveandworkwell.com). Preauthorization is required. For those with other health insurance, a statement will be emailed to you following each prepaid session. It is your responsibility to submit this statement to your health insurance provider for possible reimbursement.
While your health insurance coverage may include coverage for my services, it is always better to know your benefits first hand. Please contact your health insurance provider to determine your benefits.
